Thanks to all of you who purchased a Groupon for a 1 Hour Swedish Massage with Lydia's Massage Therapy that ran August 18, 2010.

Swedish Massage: This is the relaxing, stress-reducing type of massage most people think about when they want a massage. Swedish massage includes gliding, kneading, and striking strokes as well as friction strokes, stretching, joint movements, gentle shaking, and rocking. Generally, the massage is full-body and is very relaxing and has therapeutic benefits. Swedish Massage technique can also focus on one area of the body such as the back if that is the client's desire.

Once you've scheduled your appointment I will instruct you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork being that you are a new client. You will need to bring in your printed Groupon for Lydia's Massage Therapy in hand, unless you have it on your phone. I can also give you directions to get to the office. 900 N.E. Loop 410 is not picked up on GPS or maps. There is an address of 8639 Crownhill that will lead you to the Petroleum Center. You can also get directions by clicking the address on the home page. We are in building E at the Petroleum Center and our suite number is E115.

If you're not sure how to get to the office I suggest you leave earlier so you won't be late for your appointment. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy so please call me if anything changes between the day you scheduled your massage and the day of your massage. If you scheduled a Massage that you purchased with Groupon and didn't show up. Your Groupon is invalid. You voided your Groupon by not showing up or cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment. It will be considered REDEEMED! Follow Lydia's Massage Therapy on Facebook or Twitter Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time if you are a new client and bring your printed Groupon in hand. No Groupon No Massage.

Q. I waited too long to schedule my massage appointment and now my Groupon is expired. Can I still use my GROUPON?

A. Yes, you can apply the $29 you paid towards a $65 Massage and just pay the difference of $36.

Q. I don't have time to come in for my Massage can I give the Groupon to someone else even though it has my name on it?

A. Yes you can. Since the Groupon is expired they can make an appointment and apply the $29 you paid towards a one hour Massage and pay the difference of $36.00.

Q. The Groupon says it's for a Swedish Masssage, are other types of massage available?

A. Yes, the Groupon is also valid for other styles of massage including Deep Tissue Massage (more gentle-nothing through the table). Hot Stone Massages are available only as an upgrade for an additional fee of $35.00.

Q. I've decided I really don't have time for a massage, will you buy back the Groupon?

A. No. You purchased it from Groupon so you will have to contact Groupon for that issue. It is valid only for massage services and has no cash value.
