Gift Certificate Information:
Gift certificate(s) will be mailed to the purchaser unless other arrangements are made. The best way to make these arrangements is to Email the information to Lydia's Massage Therapy. This is most important if you have multiple recipients. Gift certificates may also be held "will-call" in my San Antonio, Texas office upon request, allowing the purchaser or recipient to pick it up.

Gift Certificates do have an expiration date and will expire six (6) months from date of purchase. The Gift Certificate has an expiration date listed on the certificate and states to receiver that certificate will not be honored once expired. Please let receiver of gift certificate know to call right away to make their appointment. Gift Certificate will not be honored after expiration date! No extensions and No exceptions!

Gift Certificates are valid at Lydia's Massage Therapy in San Antonio, Texas only. Gift certificates are not valid for services at any other establishment. When purchasing Massage Gift Certificate you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are sold in increments of 30 minutes, One Hour, 1 1/2 Hours, or 2 hours. The whole time increment on each gift certificate must be used during one session - they may not be divided into multiple sessions. Time not used by the bearer of the gift certificate is lost.

For an Outcall Massage Gift Certificate if the receiver does not call to make their appointment for their Outcall Massage on or before the expiration date they will lose it so please have them call right away to schedule their appointment.

Once receiver makes appointment to redeem gift certificate and they do not call, they no show, do not cancel and fail to reschedule appointment, Massage Gift Certificate will not be honored. Please make arrangements if you are not able to make appointment so you do not lose your redemption.

Gift Certificates do not have a cash redemption value. There are no Refunds. They are valid only for massage therapy services at Lydia's Massage Therapy. Massage therapy sessions may include any offered massage therapy modality including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Ortho-Bionomy.

The recipient/bearer of the gift certificate is required to make an appointment during regular business hours 7am-9pm Monday thru Sunday. The appointment of the massage session must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate. It is recommended that appointments be scheduled well in advance - approximately 1-2 weeks - to ensure availability. Walk-ins are not permitted. Lydia's Massage Therapy values your business and wants you to be satisfied so we want to make sure you understand and are aware of our regulations of our Massage Gift Certificates. Additional Terms and Conditions for "Year of Massage Therapy"

Recipients of the Year of Massage Therapy will receive a one-half hour or one hour incall massage therapy session (depending on package purchased), not including Hot Stone Massage, at Lydia's Massage Therapy in San Antonio, Texas each calendar month from January 2011 through December 2011. The recipient of the Year of Massage Therapy must make an appointment during normal business hours for their monthly massage therapy session. Failure to provide four (4) hours prior notice of a missed appointment may invalidate the massage therapy session for the month the appointment was made. Monthly massage therapy sessions do not accumulate or carry-over, monthly massage therapy sessions not used are forfeited without refund. The recipient will receive one certificate reflecting the Year of Massage Therapy gift. The Year of Massage Therapy Gift Certificate has no cash value and will not be refunded once purchased. The Year of Massage Therapy may be used only by the gift recipient, the massage sessions may not be transferred to any other person unless requested in writing by the recipient or original purchaser with concurrence of the original recipient.
