A few facts about Lydia

Lydia was born in Orlando, Florida, but raised in San Antonio, Texas most of her life.  Several years ago, while working in a Cardiac Rehab Clinic, Lydia had a calling to help people relieve their stress and pain with Massage Therapy.  Although Lydia had worked in the medical field for 20 years, she felt a need to help people more directly.  After attending an excellent local Massage Therapy School, Lydia opened her own private massage therapy practice in San Antonio, Texas.  Over the years that solo massage therapy practice has grown into San Antonio's best known Registered Massage Establishment (ME0901) and offers massage therapy and bodywork from San Antonio's finest Massage and Neuromuscular Therapists.

Lydia's desire to help those suffering from stress and pain has driven her to seek out education in a wide variety of massage therapy and bodywork methods.  She has studied with nationally known instructors in subjects including: Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Natural Reflex Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Sports Massage, and Warm Stone Therapy, as well as many others.
